Makers’ Guild
Version 1.0 Effective Date: February 13, 2026 Last Updated: February 13, 2026
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Makers’ Guild (“Service,” “Platform,” or “Website”), operated by Studio Sibyl LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and accessible at makersguild.ai. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Age Restriction
You must be at least 13 years old to use Makers’ Guild. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By permitting a minor to use the Service, the parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s use of the Service, including all financial charges and compliance with these Terms. This Service is not directed to individuals under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13.
2.2 Geographic Availability
The Service is available globally via the internet. Access to certain features or content may be subject to restrictions based on your geographic location to comply with applicable laws and third-party requirements. We reserve the right to restrict or modify access based on your location.
2.3 Legal Capacity
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to form a binding contract under applicable law.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Makers’ Guild is a curated digital library and community platform for AI content generation style modifiers. The Service provides members with access to:
- A library of validated style modifiers (prompt templates) designed for use with AI content generation tools
- Educational content and tutorials related to AI content generation
- Community features as they become available
Style modifiers are curated prompt templates that help users achieve specific visual styles and consistent, predictable outputs when used with compatible AI content generation tools, including but not limited to image and video generation platforms. Makers’ Guild does not itself generate content; it provides the style modifiers that members use with separate, third-party AI content generation tools.
3.2 Community Discord
Makers’ Guild maintains a community Discord server as a space for members to connect, share their work, and engage with educational content. By joining the Makers’ Guild Discord:
- You acknowledge that Discord is a third-party platform governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you must also comply with
- You agree to abide by any community guidelines we establish for the Discord server, as posted within the server or on our website
- You understand that we may moderate, restrict, or revoke your access to the Discord server for conduct that violates our community guidelines or these Terms
- Violation of community guidelines within Discord may also result in suspension or termination of your Makers’ Guild membership
- We are not responsible for the conduct of other members or third parties within the Discord server
4. USER ACCOUNTS
4.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication methods (including Google or email registration). You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 Account Security
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
- Accounts inactive for 12 to 24 months (with prior email notification)
5. MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENT
5.1 Membership Plans
The Service operates on a membership model. We may offer various membership plans, including but not limited to lifetime memberships and recurring subscription plans (monthly or annual). The specific plans available, their features, and their pricing are described on our website and may change from time to time.
5.2 Lifetime Membership
A lifetime membership grants access to the Service for the operational lifetime of the platform. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Makers’ Guild service, not the lifetime of the member. If the Service is permanently discontinued, lifetime memberships will terminate accordingly.
5.3 Subscription Plans
If and when we offer recurring subscription plans, the following terms apply:
- Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to member content through the end of your paid period
5.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. For existing lifetime members, price changes will not affect your current membership. For subscription plans, price changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
5.5 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, including Polar and Stripe. We do not store your complete payment information. All payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party processors.
5.6 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all membership purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and waive any right to a refund. Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion in cases of verified billing errors or duplicate charges.
6. STYLE MODIFIER LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS
6.1 License Grant
Upon becoming a member, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the style modifiers in the Makers’ Guild library for the duration of your membership, subject to the restrictions described herein.
